How often does the thoughtful sustainability strategy, technically accurate human rights policy, or well-intentioned environmental program stall out or lie dormant in an email inbox?  How often do “working groups” have a year’s worth of meetings only to feel frustrated and overwhelmed?

Join the Haas MBA and SF Professional chapters of Net Impact to explore how Change Management approaches are essential to successful achievement of sustainability objectives.  We will introduce Change Management theory and how it can be applied in corporate sustainability work. We will also explore briefly various tools and approaches from Change Management that can be used in sustainability projects.  The session will be participatory with exercises and dialogue throughout.

Stacey Smith and Debbie O’Brien Krackeler from Contigo Partners will lead the session.
